Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES):

Technical SME for the technologies listed in the Competency table below.

Handle medium and large projects.

Deliver projects within schedule and budgets.

Troubleshoot critical customer incidents and breakdowns within the agreed service levels for self and team.

Adhere to process policies and procedures.

Maintain and acquire certifications as per business requirements for self and team.

Escalate and coordinate with SMEs/vendors for critical cases and major implementation issues.

Willing to work on-field at customer premises for projects and support functions based on requirements.

Provide a consultative approach in delivering projects and support functions, which can lead to additional opportunities.

Ability to create and review manuals, project, and support documents for self and team.

Lead by example and establish respect from team members and external vendors from both technical and management perspectives. Inspire confidence in users.

Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple objectives, initiatives, and requests.

Work independently as a self-starter and as part of a team.

Excellent cross-department communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
