Qualifications

• At least 3 years of civil engineering experience in Dubai preferred.
• Total of +3 years of civil engineering experience preferred.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil works for G+1 projects.
• Ensure all work meets Dubai Municipality and related authority regulations.
• Prepare and review site reports, drawings, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Conduct routine site inspections and monitor daily progress.
• Support in resolving technical and site-related issues.
• Prepare the estimation, BOQ and supervision on materials and procurements.
