Qualifications

• Proven experience in supplier-side contract management in manufacturing or energy.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and quality/warranty constructs.
• Familiarity with UAE contracting environment.

• Draft and negotiate supplier contracts with the US Sourcing team.
• Align supplier contracts with customer obligations.
