  • Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Oversee contractor works on site for project scope compliance.
  • Manage and coordinate construction phases with relevant parties.
  • Ensure required staff resources are available for all scoped services.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying delays or slippage.
  • Manage cost and claims related to project budgets and estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
  • Provide reports according to project requirements.
