Overview

Assembly, Repair, Maintenance and Overhaul Electro-mechanical Technician

Join our team to work with cutting-edge drilling technology within our Drilling Services AMO Team. We assemble and test the latest drilling equipment and collaborate with service delivery teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, and geoscience to develop innovative drilling tools.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists and following formal procedures and maintenance practices.
• Assisting with activities to ensure repairs, scheduled and preventive maintenance on factory equipment are completed on-time and safely.
• Performing quality assurance activities required by manufacturing or engineering specifications and ISO requirements to ensure compliance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting knowledge.

Qualifications

• Have technical diploma or associates degree in Electrical or Mechanical field.
• Have 5+ years maintenance related experience in electro-mechanical function or minimum 5 years relevant industrial experience (airline, military, oilfield, automotive, electronic).
• Display an advanced mechanical aptitude and experience with general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Demonstrate the ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
