What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating and booking containerized shipments, preparing, verifying, and controlling documentation, customs clearance, letters of credit, and insurance.
• Maintaining accurate records and timelines; liaising with Logistics, Accounts, Procurement, and freight forwarders.
• Booking all containerized shipments as per the dispatch schedule from Logistics Coordinator.
• Preparation of documentation for COO and customs clearance.
• Double check all documentation along with the Logistics Coordinator.
• Receiving and preparing LC details from the accounts department aligning with Logistics documentation.
• Keeping proper records of the LC’s, following up on dates, amounts and other details and presenting to accounts department.
• Controlling required documents by the LC on time and correctly.
• Coordinate with Procurement for all import documentation ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate with Freight Forwarder for container shipment schedules and confirmations.
• Preparing and controlling insurance and relevant documents.
