Job description

We are looking for Distbution Director Account Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Establish a good relationship with his distributors’ and wholesalers’ management and team including sales, marketing, and supply chain departments.
  • Finalize the agreement and recommend the terms of Customers’ contracts.
  • Follow up all ordering process and needed documents including logistics and finance in coordination with EPS, FZE, and CME teams.
  • Follow up customers’ payment and account receivable, and ensure that the DSO is within the targeted range.
  • Prepare the sales/booking and orders status/progress reports for his distributors.
  • Collect the sales/stock reports from his customers and consolidate it in one report on monthly basis.
  • Following up all campaigns for residential products LS (WD, VDI, and CMS) and FLV (LC, MCB, ECB, SS).
  • Suggest training/small seminars for his customers and coordinate with Marketing for scheduling.
  • Consistent updating of literature and promotional tools for all customers (All showrooms of distributors), and ensure the best visibility of SE at their showrooms.
  • Prepare monthly report for the month activity, sales, partners and WS news, competency, etc
  • Targeted booking achievement for LS distributors.
  • DSO for LS distributors.
  • On date delivery for LS distributors.
  • SE visibility at distributors’ and wholesalers’ showrooms.
  • Overall customers’ satisfaction.
  • On time quality reporting (booking, sales, stock, and monthly reports)
  • Growth in existing channels or via new ones
Qualifications
  • Bsc in Electrical Engineering
  • Strong understanding of electrical distribution products (e.g., LS, WD, VDI, CMS, FLV, LC, MCB, ECB, SS).
  • Proven track record of managing distributors and wholesalers
