About the Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Director – Villa Services to join the resort’s Villa Services team.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless, high-touch service for villa guests from pre-arrival to post-departure.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs with discretion, empathy, and precision.
  • Uphold privacy, security, and brand standards in all guest interactions.
  • Resolve escalated guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Manage daily villa operations including housekeeping, butler service, amenities, and maintenance coordination.
  • Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness and quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain impeccable villa presentation and functionality.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., VIP Services, Housekeeping, Engineering) to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor the Villa Services team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to address concerns and communicate updates.
  • Develop and implement training programs to elevate service standards and team capabilities.
  • Develop and monitor SOPs, service protocols, and quality control mechanisms.
  • Analyze guest feedback and service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage departmental budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
  • Participate in executive planning sessions and cross-functional initiatives.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing high-profile clientele and exclusive accommodations.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong operational and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in PMS, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • High level of discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
