Your Role

We are looking for a Digital Sales Specialist. In this role, you are the heart of growth and customer satisfaction, promoting Technogym Digital Solutions.

You have excellent advisory skills, as the role requires elements of sales, project implementation and delivery, education, and customer retention. You have a passion for fitness, digital technology, and wellness and are driven by performance. You are a strong team player and a professional with exceptional customer relationship skills. This role includes a mix of the following tasks:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Building a strong network, mastering lead generation techniques, and staying informed to find and qualify potential customers;
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Developing strong communication skills, active listening, and focusing on building trust through genuine interaction during and after the sale;
  • Achieving sales and profit goals for our digital offerings: Software, hardware, devices, training, and consulting.

  • Increased Sales and Profit: Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into paying customers. Exceed sales targets and bring in new leads to contribute to the company's financial success;
  • Improved Market Insights and Competitive Advantage: Gather valuable insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities through customer interactions. Use this information to refine marketing strategies, product development, and business decisions;
  • Proactively define prospects and customers to visit and sell software solutions, regardless of equipment opportunities;
  • Provide reliable and structured forecasts and pipeline management.
About You

You are passionate about sports, enthusiastic, proactive, down-to-earth, and ethical.

What You Need to Bring

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in digital sales;
  • Bachelor's or master's degree;
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Knowledge of CRM management;
  • Knowledge of consultative sales techniques;
  • Skills in long-term customer relationship management;
  • Knowledge of sales activities (field and inside sales): appointment planning, sales activity planning, pipeline management;
  • Knowledge of customer experience: analysis and implementation of processes and projects.
