Overview
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Ensure the digital marketing campaigns align with company goals and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure that content is informative, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Create and manage editorial calendars, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
- Social Media Management: Manage the company’s presence across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster community interactions.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content and structure for organic search engine rankings (SEO).
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and meet KPIs.
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage existing customers, and drive conversions.
- A/B test email campaigns to optimize open rates and click-through rates.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for digital marketing initiatives. Optimize the ROI for paid media campaigns.
- Work with cross-functional teams including design, content, and sales to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and cohesive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) are a plus.
- Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
