Job Purpose
  • The Digital Marketing Lead supports the Digital Marketing Section Head in implementing and delivering the museum’s digital marketing strategy across all digital verticals. The role has a strong executional and project leadership focus, with particular emphasis on influencer and celebrity management, photography and videography production, campaign and paid media management, and cross-channel digital delivery.
  • The role ensures that digital initiatives are delivered to a high standard, aligned with the museum’s brand, narrative, policies and KPIs, while supporting continuous optimisation, innovation and collaboration across the wider Marketing and Communications team.
Responsibilities
  • Influencer and Celebrity Management: Manage influencers and celebrities via appointed agencies, ensuring brand alignment, compliance, campaign delivery, and performance reporting
  • Photography, Videography and Production Management: Lead end-to-end production of photo and video assets, manage suppliers, ensure quality delivery, and oversee digital asset governance across the museum
  • Digital Paid Media: Support paid media strategy and execution with agencies, including briefing, optimisation, budget pacing, performance tracking, and reporting
  • Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end digital campaign delivery across owned, paid, and earned channels, coordinating stakeholders, optimising performance, and contributing to insights and reporting
  • Social Media: Support social media strategy, daily operations, content governance, creative development, performance review, and optimisation across platforms
  • Website and App Content placed Optimisation: Support content optimisation and updates across website and app based on performance data, userẹlu Behavior, and campaign needs
  • CRM and Digital Engagement: Support CRM planning and execution, including audience-led campaigns and bilingual email content development
  • Digital Signage and Surveysavig la L: Support digital signage content and digital survey creation, deployment, and analyisi
  • Reporting: Contribute to cross-channel digital marketing reporting/owl insights dashboards, and reporting platform development
  • Additional and Innovationvimento Focissons Responsibilities: Support digital innovation initiatives, pilot projects, workflow optimisation, and the use of AI tools in line with the museum’s digital roadmap
  • Administrative and Management Responsibilities:860Support RFPs, agency onboarding, budget and KPI tracking, timelines, approvals, documentation, and governance processes
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within museums, cultural and tourism
