We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 34 years of hands‑on experience in executing and optimizing digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across performance marketing, SEO, content and social media with a clear understanding of how digital strategies contribute to lead generation and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Manage SEO initiatives including on-page, off-page and technical SEO
- Drive lead generation through performance marketing and conversion optimization
- Create and manage content calendars for websites, blogs, emailers and social media
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console and ad dashboards
- Manage social media channels and paid social campaigns to improve reach and engagement
- Coordinate with designers, developers and content teams to ensure timely execution
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 34 years of proven experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and SEO
- Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and marketing tools
- Understanding of lead funnels, landing page optimization and A/B testing
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms and email marketing tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing or service‑based industries
- Agency experience is an added advantage
- Certifications in Google Ads or Analytics are a plus
