Opportunity

We are seeking a licensed Physiotherapist with a strong interest in movement, exercise therapy, flexibility, and functional performance, rather than acute or post‑surgical rehabilitation. This role sits at the intersection of clinical assessment, insurance‑based physiotherapy services, exercise delivery, and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct structured assessment sessions for various patient cohorts, deliver approved insurance sessions, lead exercise‑based sessions in our gym facility, and actively contribute to service growth through appropriate upselling and cross‑referrals.

  • Clinical Assessments & Program Design: Identify musculoskeletal dysfunction, postural issues, flexibility and mobility limitations across cohorts such as diabetes, metabolic health, and weight management. Assess movement patterns, joint mobility, muscular balance, and functional capacity, and develop individualized movement and exercise plans focusing on strength, mobility, flexibility, functional performance, injury prevention, and lifestyle‑integrated physical activity. Document findings and recommendations in the clinic’s EMR.
  • Insurance‑Based Physiotherapy Services: Prepare documentation for insurance approvals, align clinical assessments with payer requirements, and deliver sessions compliant with coding and documentation standards. Work with coordinators to ensure smooth patient journeys and minimal claim rejections.
  • Exercise & Gym‑Based Sessions: Conduct structured exercise sessions using the clinic’s gym facilities. Deliver both clinically‑oriented exercise sessions linked to physiotherapy care plans and performance, mobility, and flexibility‑focused sessions. Ensure sessions are safe, goal‑oriented, and adaptable to patient progress.
  • Upselling & Cross‑Referral: Identify opportunities to upsell additional physiotherapy or exercise sessions, transition patients from insurance‑covered care to cash‑based packages where appropriate, and educate patients on the value of continued movement‑based care. Cross‑refer patients to relevant clinic services and products such as exercise coaching, lifestyle or metabolic programs, diagnostic or allied health services, and wellness offerings.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, exercise coaches, lifestyle coaches, dietitians, and operations teams to contribute to integrated care pathways and optimize patient outcomes and retention.
  • Infection Control: Follow and support all hospital infection control programs to ensure patient and staff safety.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Mandatory: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution; Valid Physiotherapy license (DHA / HAAD / MOH or eligibility to obtain); 2–3 years of clinical experience as a practicing Physiotherapist.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise therapy, movement assessment, mobility and flexibility training; Comfort working in a gym or exercise‑based environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic a plus.
  • Preferred: Experience with insurance‑based physiotherapy services, familiarity with coding and payer approval processes, exposure to wellness or performance‑focused settings, and interest in preventive care and long‑term patient retention.
  • Competencies: Excellent communication and patient education, strong documentation and organizational abilities, commercial awareness, ability to motivate patients, and a team‑oriented mindset with accountability for outcomes.
What We Offer
  • A dynamic, multidisciplinary clinical environment.
  • Access to modern gym and assessment facilities.
  • Opportunity to expand beyond traditional physiotherapy into exercise and wellness care.
  • Exposure to insurance workflows and revenue‑generating care models.
  • Career growth within an integrated, data‑driven healthcare organization.
