Overview
Ensure the scope, schedule, budget, design planning, construction, testing, and commissioning are systematically handled, documented, and recorded as per contract.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the project risk register, update in a timely manner, and inform ED/Top Management on a regular basis.
- Ensure the project documentation is submitted and maintained as planned.
- Ensure the project invoices are prepared, reviewed, and accepted by authorities and submitted to the client in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).
- PMP Certification or equivalent project management training is strongly preferred.
- Professional Engineering License is a plus.
- 12–15 years of progressive experience in construction and infrastructure project management, including:
- Planning, design coordination, execution, and close-out phases.
- Large-scale infrastructure projects with public or private sector clients.
- Proven experience in handling:
- Project scope, budget, and schedule control.
- Risk management and maintaining/updating project risk registers.
- Preparing and reviewing project documentation, progress reports, and technical submittals.
- Invoicing processes and coordination with authorities and clients.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and construction project methodologies.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with contractual documentation, claims management, and variation orders.
- High proficiency in handling testing and commissioning procedures and documentation.
- Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards related to infrastructure projects.
