Job Description

  1. Perform all activities within a Restaurant Kitchen area, ensuring a safe, smooth, and profitable operation within the framework of the Hotel.
  2. Support the development of restaurant concepts and standards. Be familiar with local market suppliers and recommend menu changes based on seasonal product availability.
  3. Adhere to Anantara's food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality. Continually seek to improve and enhance presentation standards.
  4. Maintain food safety and protection, including proper storage, dating, rotation, and sanitation practices.
  5. Ensure outlet safety at all times.
  6. Take responsibility for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.
  7. Participate in departmental training to enhance skills and service levels, providing team members with necessary training and resources.
  8. Promote positive inter-departmental relations through effective communication and cooperation.
  9. Maintain and oversee adherence to departmental checklists and cleaning schedules.
  10. Assist in maintaining clean and sanitized food preparation areas.
