A leading FMCG company situated in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Demand Planner to manage demand forecasting and ensure optimal stock use. The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaison between sales and supply teams and facilitating planning meetings. Essential qualifications include a degree in Business Administration and at least 3 years of supply chain experience, ideally within the FMCG sector. Proficiency in Demantra is vital, along with strong analytical skills to manage inventory effectively.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain in reputed firms.
• Experience in FMCG companies is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in demand planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee demand forecasting process and maintain accurate forecasts.
• Facilitate the Demand Review meetings for consensus forecasting.
• Communicate sales forecasts to the supply planning team.
