Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in a Delivery or Project Manager role.

  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Practical experience with Kanban and Scrum frameworks.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Team management: task allocation and monitoring of their progress tracking deadlines and task execution quality.
  • Managing the team backlog: evaluation planning and task prioritization.
  • Creating and improving processes within the team.
  • Interacting with other teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Participation in team assembly its development and motivation.
  • Budget Management.
  • Performance tracking.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive team documentation.
Qualifications
  • Relevant experience of 3 years in a Delivery or Project Manager role.
  • Strong technical background (as a developer DevOps etc.).
  • Experience in interacting with stakeholders and managing their expectations.
  • Expert in Kanban and Scrum frameworks and their application in Product Management and Delivery.
  • Practical experience with Atlassian products: Jira Confluence.
  • Practical experience with BI tools.
  • English proficiency at the B2 level or higher.
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with thetrading connectivity landscape within crypto & tradfi (exchanges protocols gateway requirements etc.)
  • Experience in fintech trading brokers hedge funds exchanges or related areas.
