• Analyse existing delivery operations, systems, and performance metrics to identify and prioritize high-value improvement opportunities for the delivery function.
• Provide insight through analytics and foster continuous improvement.
• Publish timely metrics and dashboards to report status accurately to all stakeholders and Senior Leadership Teams.
• Coordinate delivery team members, routes, and budgets to facilitate delivery of products to customers.

Requirements

• Maximum age 39 years old.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the restaurant or food service industry, with at least 3 years in a delivery supervisor or managerial role.
• Proven ability to manage logistics, team performance, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
