We are seeking an innovative and analytical Data Scientist to join our Buildings Design team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will leverage advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques to drive data-informed decision-making in engineering and architectural projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement machine learning models and statistical analyses to optimize engineering and architectural designs
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for data‑driven improvements in project efficiency and performance
  • Create and maintain data pipelines to process large datasets from various sources, including CAD and BIM systems
  • Develop predictive models to forecast project outcomes, resource requirements, and potential risks
  • Design and implement data visualization solutions to communicate complex insights to stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of data‑driven tools and applications for engineering and architecture professionals
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data science, engineering, and architecture
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in data‑driven recommendations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science
  • Foundational knowledge or strong interest in Python programming, data analytics and visualization (Power BI), AI and machine learning concepts
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business problems into digital solutions
  • Hands‑on exposure or academic/project experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft Fabric and Azure services
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL‑300, PL‑900, PL‑600 (or working toward them)
  • Strong interest in AI, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to additional data visualization tools and a problem‑solving mindset
