Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective resolutions while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and professional manner.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, solutions, and guidance.

Assist customers with product or service-related questions, resolving issues, and troubleshooting problems effectively.

Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Maintain customer accounts and update relevant information, such as contact details, preferences, and interactions, in the CRM system.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance and resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, technical support, and logistics, to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Keep abreast of product knowledge, updates, and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Preferably Graduate experience with written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proven experience in customer service or a related field in Ship Channeling, Shipping, Retail, or FMCG companies is desirable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.

Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns accurately.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while dealing with challenging customer situations.

Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, web browsing, and Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Should be able to speak Hindi, proficiency in Tamil, Malayalam or any other language would be an advantage.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solution-oriented mindset.

Flexibility to work in shifts.
