About Deal Drive

Deal Drive is a Dubai-based global platform revolutionizing how used car dealerships operate. We integrate market analytics, operational tools, and scalable inventory financing to help dealers optimize their stock, buy better, price smarter, sell faster and grow their business.

We are currently expanding in the UAE and looking for a Customer Success Manager to simply ensure client success - from onboarding to activation to value delivery.

About The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for providing for client success - from onboarding to activation to value delivery. This is not a support role. You’ll own the transformation journey of each dealership, ensuring clients go from trial to signup to full product adoption and measurable results. You’ll also be responsible for training, usage health, identifying upsell opportunities and payment continuity where needed. You will be working closely with our sales and management team.

The role will require visits to client offices / used car dealerships and showrooms. We\'re looking for someone who is comfortable to go around the UAE, with a driving license and a car.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Activation

  • Own onboarding and activation for new DD Pro clients (standard and growth-tier) during trial period and post-trial period
  • Create, agree on and deliver training, usage plans, and feature activation to ensure full product adoption within 90 days and beyond
  • Collaborate with BDMs and AMs to ensure seamless client handovers

Value Delivery

  • Ensure clients use key modules including but not limited to: Sourcing, Evaluation, Listings Publishing, Sales Operations, Accounting.
  • Proactively monitor usage, report on account health, and address adoption blockers
  • Act as the client\’s transformation partner - help them improve turnover, margin, and stock management using Deal Drive’s methodology

Relationship Management

  • Be the primary point of contact during the first few months of engagement
  • Maintain monthly/quarterly check-ins and reviews with high-potential clients post-handover
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with dealership owners and operational staff
  • Regularly visit client showrooms across the UAE (UAE driving license + personal car required)

Commercial Impact

  • Ensure timely payments and renewals, in collaboration with junior CS/AM
  • Identify potential churn and proactively work on retention strategies
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities for add-on services (e.g., co-buying, higher-tier plans)
  • Coordinate closely with finance and product teams to resolve issues and unblock success

Internal Collaboration

  • Feed insights to and collaborate with product team to improve product-market fit
  • Contribute to improving CS processes and playbooks
  • Participate in internal reviews of churn risks and account growth opportunities
About you
  • Customer-first, outcome-driven, and able to build trust fast
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and creating structure
  • A strong communicator in both written and verbal English (Arabic a big plus)
  • Not afraid to challenge clients when needed - but always with empathy
  • Commercially sharp - you know how to sell because it adds value
Must have experience
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Delivery, or Consulting (B2B SaaS experience is a bonus)
  • Automotive experience is mandatory
  • Confident navigating dashboards, software platforms, and tools like Google Docs (Sheets, Docs, Slides), MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Confident handling both commercial and technical conversations.
