What you’ll do
- Coordination of orders between internal factories in line with the customer order requirements.
- Working with stakeholders on developing order schedules, outlining tasks, durations, dependencies, and milestones.
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Continuously monitoring and managing risks throughout the project / order lifecycle.
- Liaison for Finance with regards to price discrepancies, collection or credit issues and billing reconciliation.
- Product information, deliveries, order status and inventory levels. Provide guidance where needed.
- Coordination with demanding customers and resolving various order related concerns.
- Primary point of contact for all order related communications. Post sales support and addressal of customer queries.
- Providing regular project / order updates, status reports, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to implement customer feedback.
- Generate / compile various reports and correspondence as requested by Management, Sales and Customers.
- Utilize organization’s ERP, SAP to manage projects / orders + material allocations.
- Ensuring organization’s On Time Performance on all orders are not impacted and maintained at 95% and above.
- Basic understanding of financial transactional documents e.g. Letter of Credit (LC)
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Strategic Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in customer service within a multinational organization
- Structured problem-solver with a strategic mindset
- Clear and confident communicator who can translate complex analysis into concise, decision-ready insights
- Highly organized, reliable, and effective in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Arabic language skills are a plus but not required
- Demonstrated experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning with a strong execution focus
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders, and presenting to senior leadership
