Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by handling a variety of customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment focused on providing outstanding service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to queries via Whatsapp, Email, etc. in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or order status
  • Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and update relevant information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions for customers’ needs
  • Maintain high-quality standards in customer service at all times
  • Adhere to company protocols and performance metrics
Must have requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of call center experience
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent multitasking abilities
  • Keen attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
