Customer Service Officer (UAE)

Handle customer inquiries, promote services, maintain records, resolve complaints. Requires Arabic and English fluency, strong communication, and customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively sell and cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing customers.
  • Prepare, assess, and recommend loan applications and maintenance—maintain compliance with operational standards.
  • Manage end-to-end customer communication processes to ensure high service standards.
  • Act as a key liaison between Relationship Managers, branches, and clients.
  • Provide feedback on customer issues, assist in onboarding, and meet performance metrics.
  • Facilitate visa application processes, handle customer queries, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service, assist guests with transactions, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Process customer transactions, engage professionally, maintain checkout area, and handle cash securely.
  • Female candidates preferred with strong quotation preparation, Excel skills, and excellent communication to handle inquiries and coordinate with teams.
  • Seeking native Arabic speaker for customer service role—resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Manage flight bookings and customer support using Amadeus and CRM systems.
  • Monitor station operations—deliver customer service, provide information, and assist passengers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer complaints, maintain records, and assist with upselling.
  • Prepare competitive quotations, manage requests, and maintain databases—requires Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills.
  • Assist customers with orders, provide excellent service, and handle inquiries in Arabic and English.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients and ensuring seamless connections.
  • Manage technical issues for customers through various channels, provide advanced support, and maintain documentation.
  • Resolve queries, perform contract administration, and ensure compliance with standards.
