A leading technology company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Customer Service Executive. The role involves collecting and analyzing department requirements, preparing trend analysis reports, and assisting in report preparation using Microsoft 365 tools. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. This is a full-time position located in Sharjah, with no remote work options.
We are currently lookingCustomer Service Executive for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.
Collect and analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from all monitoring activities within the Customer Experience Department.
Assist in preparing reports in Excel and dashboards.
Ensure timely submission of required reports.
Excellent oral and written skills in English.
Must be an expert in Microsoft 365 (Excel PPT Power BI etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
