Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot issues and offer resolutions related to company products and services.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.
Process and document customer requests and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
Assist customers in understanding the products, services, and policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Provide support through multiple communication channels including calls, emails, and chat.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Fluency in Hindi is required.
Knowledge of Kannada and Telugu is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage customer concerns effectively.
Candidates must hold a valid passport.
