What you will do
  • Provide exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers.
  • Assist with all types of requests from customers, including order bookings, complaint handling, and solution support.
  • Secure the best supply solutions tailored to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, finance, and other stakeholders within JCI to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Continuously improve internal processes and enhance the daily experience of customers.
How you will do it

Order Procedure

  • Process customer purchase orders and create sales orders.
  • Work in partnership with sales representatives.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, identifying their needs and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Ensure the best supply solutions are provided to customers.

Order Requisitions (for specific business units only)

  • Deliver transport-related instructions and other relevant information.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the claims process.
