Job Summary:

The CRM Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and optimization of the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and processes and other systems. This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement, improving sales and leasing operations, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. The CRM Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, development, and continuous improvement of CRM systems to support sales, marketing, leasing, and customer service functions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify CRM requirements, design tailored workflows, and enhance user experience.
  • Manage the integration of the CRM with other systems (e.g., ERP, property management platforms, marketing automation tools).
  • Develop and maintain CRM dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into customer behavior, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee data management practices, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams or vendors involved in CRM customization and support.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure CRM success and its impact on business outcomes.
  • Conduct user training sessions and promote CRM adoption across departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and technology partners to ensure system stability and ongoing innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing CRM platforms, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate operations including sales, leasing, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience with leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in CRM reporting, data analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Other Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in CRM customization and integration with ERP or marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based CRM solutions and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing automation and lead management tools.
  • Certification in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or equivalent) is a plus.
