We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our customer relationship management strategy. This role will be central to the execution of email and WhatsApp automations, segmentation of leads for retargeting, data hygiene, and post-sales engagement initiatives.
You’ll work closely with the CRM Manager and sales team to ensure the CRM system is well-maintained, leads are nurtured based on their lifecycle stage, and the customer journey is smooth and measurable.
1. Automation & Lead Nurturing
Build and manage automated workflows in CRM tools (e.g. ActiveCampaign, Zapier, WhatsApp integrations) to trigger communication based on lead status or source.
Assist in WhatsApp broadcast preparation and execution for outreach to cold data, unresponsive leads, or reactivation campaigns.
Set up reminders and automations for agent touchpoints and post-sales follow-ups.
2. Lead Segmentation & Targeting
Filter and tag leads based on lifecycle stage:
Create segmented lists for marketing and outreach campaigns.
3. Data Cleansing & Hygiene
Maintain CRM hygiene by regularly reviewing lead notes, statuses, and duplicates.
Assist the CRM Manager in enforcing clean data practices and identifying gaps or inconsistencies in how agents log activity.
Collaborate with Sales Manager to flag incomplete or outdated entries.
4. DLD Data Management
Filter, clean, and format DLD (Dubai Land Department) data for use by sales agents.
Prepare targeted prospecting lists based on location, property type, or client preferences.

Track and support agent compliance with post-sale actions, including:

Support preparation of CRM performance reports, campaign tracking, and lead flow insights.
Maintain dashboards or Excel trackers that show engagement rates, lead progress, and automation outcomes.
