BlackStone eIT is looking for a dedicated CRM Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and help improve their customer relationship management processes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, development, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from clients to implement effective CRM solutions.
  • Customize workflows, business rules, and forms within Dynamics CRM.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for existing CRM systems.
  • Document CRM processes, configurations, and enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advances in CRM technology.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, preferably within the Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and related programming languages.
  • Understanding of web services (SOAP/REST) in relation to CRM systems.
  • Experience with SQL Server and database management.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively.
