Role Overview:

The Traffic Coordinator ensures smooth workflow between creative, production, and client service teams. This role involves managing timelines, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. You'll be the central point ensuring creative workflows are optimized and our team can focus on what they do best.

Key Responsibilities:

Workflow Management & Organization:

  • Develop and maintain organized systems for managing creative workflows, from project initiation through to delivery.
  • Ensure all project elements are accurately logged, tracked, and progressing according to plan.
  • Utilize and optimize project management tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

Schedule Coordination & Communication:

  • Create, monitor, and manage detailed project schedules, proactively aligning with stakeholders and team members to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate project updates, changes, and potential risks to all relevant parties clearly and promptly.
  • Act as a central point of contact, facilitating effective collaboration between different teams and individuals.

Resource Allocation & Optimization:

  • Efficiently allocate projects and tasks to team members based on skills, availability, and project priority to maximize team productivity.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively adjust resource allocation to maintain project momentum.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for resource sharing and cross‑functional collaboration.

Problem Solving & Adaptability:

  • Identify potential issues or roadblocks in project flow and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements, maintaining composure and efficiency under pressure.
  • Work effectively to minimize disruptions and maintain a steady workflow even in stressful situations.

Quality Assurance & Detail Management:

  • Support quality control processes by ensuring all project details, assets, and requirements are met at each stage.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tracking, scheduling, and communication tasks.
