Overview
Lead creative projects from brief to delivery, develop copy across formats, manage clients, and mentor teams while showcasing strong problem‑solving skills. Supervise a cross‑functional team, prioritize projects, possess strong leadership and creative skills, and understand brand development and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative show direction, train actors, and ensure production quality while possessing skills in choreography, scripting, and talent development.
- Develop original and innovative design concepts for both digital and print media, ensuring strong alignment with brand identity, marketing objectives, and business goals.
- Create and manage engaging multimedia content for social media, utilizing SEO and analytics, while collaborating with teams and demonstrating creativity.
- Develop and implement brand strategies, drive marketing campaigns, analyze trends, and collaborate with teams.
- Conceptualize and design marketing materials, create digital content, support branding campaigns, and stay updated on FMCG trends with strong design skills.
- Capture high‑quality images and videos that align with client briefs, showcase creativity and technical proficiency, and edit and enhance photographs and video footage.
- Drive growth in luxury interior design through relationship management, business development, and strategic brand promotion while supporting project specifications.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns, conduct market research, support brand awareness, and prepare materials while demonstrating creativity and strong communication skills.
- Mobile photography & videography (primary): shoot products, people, and on‑site content using a smartphone for daily/weekly content needs; create reels/short videos.
- Manage marketing and communications projects, optimize resource allocation, and ensure high‑quality production while fostering a high‑performance team culture.
- Lead high‑impact projects, manage scope, schedule, and budget, ensure quality execution, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Lead brand creative vision, oversee marketing activities, and build in‑house teams for a luxury fragrance house focused on GCC and global expansion.
- Support production processes, manage documentation, assist with proposals, and coordinate teams while ensuring quality and adherence to budgets.
Qualifications
- 1–7 years experience in creative design, interior & web design, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and web design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design, photography, videography, and brand strategy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience with social media content creation, SEO, and analytics.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English required; additional European or Arabic language skills a plus.
