Hiring:Creative Director

We are currently hiring a Creative Director to handle one of our key accounts within the real estate industry in Dubai.

Candidate Description

An enthusiastic, energetic, cutting-edge Creative Director who will take creativity to a completely new level. We are looking for a leader who has experience with what brands stand for in a full circle; he or she must understand the communications industry and all its related services and solutions. Among his or her responsibilities will be conceptualizing and ideation pitch decks, social assets, and helping oversee the creative of campaigns. The ideal candidate must have a fast turnaround on projects and be able to excel under tight deadlines. This is a great opportunity to work with an innovative growing agency.

Requirements:

1. Must be a bright, articulate self-starter who can take initiative and bring new ideas to the table.
2. Must be able to provide clear direction to all members who oversee deliverables.
3. Must have a strong art direction and graphic design background.
4. Professional, efficient, organized, detail-oriented, have excellent follow-through, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
5. Can work independently, collaboratively, and successfully manage concurrent and competing projects.
6. Must understand the mechanism of all online and digital environments and can propose ideas based on the overall objectives.
7. Uses a scientific approach to build his argument away from subjectivities.
8. Research and benchmark-driven and always strive to have visibility on best practices.
9. Positive with the right attitude and always ready to meet challenges and overcome obstacles.
10. Video production experience.
11. He/she will be expected to adhere to a high level of confidentiality.
12. 5-7 years agency experience.
13. Bachelor's degree required.

Skills:

1. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and latest design software.
2. Must know Google Suite, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
3. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
4. Having luxury real estate experience is a super plus.
