This role involves reviewing tender documents, managing contract compliance, and implementing HSE policies while leading the contracting lifecycle for capital projects. The successful candidate will negotiate, manage risks, oversee compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders across EPC projects.

Responsibilities
  • Review tender documents and manage contract compliance.
  • Implement and enforce HSE policies.
  • Analyze bill of quantities to ensure compliance with client requirements and uphold tender integrity.
  • Lead contracting lifecycle for capital projects: drive negotiations, manage risks, and oversee compliance.
  • Manage contract administration, monitor claims and budgets, and guide team members in construction projects.
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and mitigating risks.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure performance standards.
  • Manage supplier negotiations and provide guidance on contractual risks and obligations.
  • Oversee system installations, testing, and documentation for MEP projects.
  • Provide contractual and commercial support for renewable energy projects.
