Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrative professional to support contract administration, BOQ verification, payment certification, and documentation control. The role requires strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and the ability to work independently while coordinating closely with project and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, Review and administer contracts in accordance with project requirements

  • Check contract scopes and ensure compliance

  • Verify BOQs and supporting documents

  • Audit contract records and documentation

  • Certify contractor and supplier payments

  • Compile, maintain, and control contracts documentation

  • VARIATIONS, CLAIMS & CHANGE CONTROL (ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE)

  • Log and track variations, claims, EOT requests, and change events.

  • Follow up to ensure submissions are received within contractual timelines.

  • Coordinate with Project Engineers, QS, and Consultants for supporting information.

  • Review/Assist in preparing background documentation for management review.

  • PROCUREMENT & BAFO PROCESS SUPPORT

  • Support Projects Department during tender and post-tender stages by:

    • Assisting with contractual clarifications

    • Maintaining tender correspondence records

    • Supporting BAFO documentation and comparative statement review ( commercial) /record documentation.

  • Coordinate directly with internal teams.

  • Prepare reports and support commercial activities

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in contracts / commercial roles

  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and ADM codes

  • Experience in contracting, consulting, or commercial management

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc or above) in Civil Engineering, QS, or related field

  • Strong reporting, documentation, and coordination skills

  • Ability to work independently within structured governance frameworks
