About the Role

Richkey Properties is seeking a Content Growth Manager to lead and scale our content function from an operational and management perspective.

This role is focused on people management, systems, and performance. The successful candidate will oversee content teams, define workflows, and ensure consistent, high‑quality output aligned with business objectives.

This is a management and operations role, not a hands‑on content creation position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead content teams and external partners
  • Own content operations, workflows, and delivery processes
  • Define, monitor, and optimize content KPIs (output, quality, timelines)
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all content initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to align content output with growth goals
  • Drive operational efficiency and accountability within the content function
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in content operations, content growth, or content management
  • Proven experience managing people or teams
  • Demonstrated ownership of KPIs, performance, and quality standards
  • Strong operational and leadership skills
  • Currently based in Dubai
