A top hospitality brand in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Content Creator to develop and manage engaging content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will write and proofread compelling content, implement SEO best practices, and create materials tailored to target audiences. This full-time position offers opportunities for career advancement and requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing. Strong writing skills and social media expertise are essential.
Write, edit and proofread compelling content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and marketing materials. Ensure content is on‑brand, consistent, and tailored to the target audience.
Assist in the development and execution of the content strategy in alignment with the hotel’s marketing goals. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content supports brand messaging and objectives.
Implement SEO best practices to ensure content ranks well on search engines. Conduct keyword research to optimize content and drive organic traffic to the hotel’s digital platforms.
Create engaging and shareable content for the hotel’s social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Ensure all content aligns with the hotel’s voice and messaging.
Manage and update website and blog content regularly. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure content is properly formatted, optimized, and regularly refreshed.
Work with the design team to produce multimedia content including images, videos, and infographics that support written content and enhance user engagement.
Assist in the creation and management of the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery across all platforms.
Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice, tone, and style and adheres to brand guidelines.
Monitor and analyze the performance of content across platforms using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.). Provide insights and recommendations for content improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, PR, and other departments to gather content requirements and ensure alignment with broader business and marketing objectives.
Support marketing campaigns by creating and curating relevant content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
Continuously generate new content ideas and topics based on customer insights, trends, and industry developments to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
Assist with creating internal communication materials including newsletters and announcements to keep employees informed and engaged.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices to ensure content strategies are innovative and effective.
Support content initiatives that promote the hotel’s sustainability efforts, eco‑friendly practices, and commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Ensure all content complies with industry regulations, copyright laws, and brand guidelines.
Ensure that content reflects the hotel’s commitment to customer safety, well‑being, and satisfaction, particularly in times of changing global conditions.
