Content Creation & Development

Write, edit and proofread compelling content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and marketing materials. Ensure content is on‑brand, consistent, and tailored to the target audience.

Content Strategy & Planning

Assist in the development and execution of the content strategy in alignment with the hotel’s marketing goals. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content supports brand messaging and objectives.

SEO & Keyword Optimization

Implement SEO best practices to ensure content ranks well on search engines. Conduct keyword research to optimize content and drive organic traffic to the hotel’s digital platforms.

Social Media Content

Create engaging and shareable content for the hotel’s social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Ensure all content aligns with the hotel’s voice and messaging.

Blog & Website Management

Manage and update website and blog content regularly. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure content is properly formatted, optimized, and regularly refreshed.

Multimedia Content Creation

Work with the design team to produce multimedia content including images, videos, and infographics that support written content and enhance user engagement.

Content Calendar Management

Assist in the creation and management of the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery across all platforms.

Brand Consistency

Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice, tone, and style and adheres to brand guidelines.

Content Performance Tracking

Monitor and analyze the performance of content across platforms using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.). Provide insights and recommendations for content improvement.

Collaboration with Other Teams

Collaborate with marketing, sales, PR, and other departments to gather content requirements and ensure alignment with broader business and marketing objectives.

Campaign Support

Support marketing campaigns by creating and curating relevant content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.

Content Ideation

Continuously generate new content ideas and topics based on customer insights, trends, and industry developments to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.

Internal Communication

Assist with creating internal communication materials including newsletters and announcements to keep employees informed and engaged.

Research & Trend Analysis

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices to ensure content strategies are innovative and effective.

Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or service industries.
  • Writing & Editing: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and experience applying them to content creation and optimization.
  • Digital Content Proficiency: Experience creating content for websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Creative Skills: Strong creativity and a flair for storytelling. Ability to think outside the box and produce engaging content that captures the audience’s attention.
  • Social Media Expertise: Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Ability to create engaging content that drives interaction and engagement.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to monitor, measure, and analyze content performance to optimize future content strategies.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
