Overview

Oversee project management procedures, ensure compliance, lead teams in construction management, evaluate contractor performance, and coordinate with stakeholders on civil construction projects. Responsibilities include leading on-site construction activities, enforcing safety and quality standards, managing schedules and budgets, and delivering high-value construction programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities and supervise project teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Oversee project management procedures, assess contractor submissions, manage quality control, and support commissioning efforts.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for high-rise, data center, utility, and infrastructure projects, while coordinating with stakeholders and authorities.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) construction activities and ensure compliance with project requirements and safety policies.
• Provide mentorship to site engineers and other staff, fostering strong communication and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications throughout project delivery.
• Evaluate contractor performance, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain quality and safety.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and compliance documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
