Job Summary

As a Concierge Officer, your duty will be to ensure that our visitors are 100% satisfied with their experience at our hotel. You will prepare for all guest needs and handle all visitor inquiries. This requires comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, hotel products and services, including room types and rates, facilities, F&B outlets, promotions, and wellness centers. You will also ensure all guest satisfaction issues are addressed promptly and follow-ups are completed efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Vocational College in Hotel Administration preferred
  • Enthusiastic about the hospitality industry
  • Positive learning attitude
  • Excellent personal hygiene and grooming
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
