Company Driver & Office Personal Assistant (Basic Electrical and Plumbing Skills)

We are hiring a dependable Company Driver & Office Personal Assistant to support company transportation needs and provide day-to-day assistance for office operations. The role includes safe driving, supporting managers with errands and coordination, and handling basic electrical and plumbing checks within the office or company premises (non-technical, first-level support only).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, punctual transportation for managers, visitors, and employees as assigned.
  • Pick up and deliver documents, packages, and company items between sites, suppliers, and government offices when required.
  • Plan routes to ensure on-time arrivals and efficient travel.
  • Keep the company vehicle clean and presentable at all times.
  • Monitor fuel, basic vehicle condition, and coordinate maintenance and servicing.
Manager and Office Support
  • Support managers with day-to-day tasks, including running business errands and coordinating small requests.
  • Assist with scheduling support (reminders, appointment coordination) when assigned.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and building management for office-related needs.
  • Assist with meeting preparation (setting up meeting rooms, arranging refreshments if required).
Basic Electrical Support
  • Replace light bulbs, check power outlets, reset breakers, and perform basic checks for minor issues.
  • Report and elevate issues to qualified electricians when required.
  • Follow safety practices and use basic tools appropriately.
Basic Plumbing Support
  • Identify and report leaks early, tighten minor fittings when safe, and handle simple drain blockages (as appropriate).
  • Coordinate with professional plumbers for repairs beyond basic support.
Compliance and Professional Conduct
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and management information.
  • Follow company policies, safety rules, and instructions from management.
  • Keep professional behavior and appearance while representing the company.
Requirements
  • Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a company driver, office assistant, or similar role (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing for first-level troubleshooting (not advanced repair work).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus, if relevant).
  • Trustworthy, punctual, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when business needs require.
