Job Title: Commissioning Manager (Pipeline Engineering Experience)

Location: Dammam Saudi Arabia

Salary: Negotiable

Experience Required: 3 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and results‑driven Commissioning Manager with a strong background in pipeline engineering to lead commissioning activities for critical oil & gas infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring systems and components are installed, tested and operated according to design specifications and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the commissioning of pipeline systems ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures and schedules in coordination with project and engineering teams.
  • Oversee pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities including flushing, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, pigging and leak testing.
  • Coordinate with construction, operations, HSE and quality teams to ensure seamless integration and safety.
  • Troubleshoot system performance issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Ensure all commissioning documentation is complete, accurate and properly handed over.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to the commissioning team and subcontractors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Pipeline Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in pipeline commissioning preferably within the oil & gas or energy sector.
  • Solid understanding of pipeline system standards and commissioning methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with cross‑functional teams.
