Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily food preparation and production across different stations
  • Perform proper mise en place for all assigned sections
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times
  • Prepare and handle fried items, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Assist in making salads, sandwiches, and basic sauces
  • Follow food safety guidelines and kitchen SOPs
  • Support chefs with any additional tasks as required
  • Ensure all equipment and tools are properly cleaned and stored
