What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers via calls, emails, and SMS to follow up on overdue payments
  • Understand individual circumstances and offer flexible, compliant repayment solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our systems
  • Escalate cases where needed and collaborate with internal teams
  • Track and meet recovery targets and SLAs
  • Stay up to date with UAE collections regulations and Wio’s customer-first philosophy

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in collections, recovery, or a customer-facing banking role
  • Strong negotiation skills with a calm and empathetic communication style
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced digital environments and using CRM/collection tools
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Resilience, professionalism, and a focus on resolution, not just results
