Job summary

A company in the frozen food industry is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Documentation Coordinator to oversee logistics operations, ensuring compliance with shipping and customs regulations. You will coordinate shipments, verify documentation, and liaise with various stakeholders to optimize delivery performance. Experience in logistics, especially within temperature-controlled environments, is essential. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must, along with a problem-solving mindset. This role is based in Dubai and requires active management of logistics within the UAE/GCC.

Qualifications

• 2 – 4 years in logistics coordination, preferably in frozen food or FMCG.
• Experience with import/export operations and customs clearance.
• Familiarity with cold-chain logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments of frozen goods.
• Prepare, review, and verify all shipping and customs documentation.
• Act as the main contact between suppliers and logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate logs of shipping activities and KPIs.
