Qualifications

• Prior experience with vending machines or electrical equipment is advantageous.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.
• Experience in the UAE is preferred.

• Refill snack and coffee machines and monitor stock levels.

Job description

We are looking for a Technician & Refillerto manage the technical upkeep and daily refilling of our coffee and snack vending machines across multiple client locations. This is a field-based role ideal for someone reliable, hands‑on, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Maintenance

• Install, service, and repair fully automatic coffee machines
• Troubleshoot issues, clear blockages, replace parts, and test functionality
• Maintain snack vending machines (spirals, pricing, motors, sensors)
• Conduct weekly preventive maintenance and machine checks
• Ensure all machines are clean, calibrated, and performing optimally

Refilling & Operations

• Refill snack machines with products
• Refill coffee machines (beans, milk, powders, cups, etc.)
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Maintain hygiene standards and accurate stock rotation
• Update refill logs and service records

General Duties

• Visit customer sites daily according to the schedule
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Coordinate with the operations team for issues or delays
• Maintain accurate service and refill documentation

Requirements

• Experience with coffee machines, vending machines, or electrical equipment
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• UAE experience preferred
• Valid UAE driving license is a must
