A global hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a Graphic Designer to create marketing materials that reflect the brand's image. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing managers and maintaining project status updates. Designs and produces marketing materials including but not limited to advertisements, collateral, signage, flash pieces, electronic brochures, and presentations that reflect the brand's image and style in order to drive hotel revenue. Partners with marketing managers and related operational departments as part of a project team providing design and conceptualization solutions pertaining to deliverables. Maintains familiarity with customer demographics and develops an appropriate look and feel for all promotion and event related collateral. Monitors the progress of all projects, including the maintenance of project files and archives, and provides continuous communication to the Marketing and/or project team regarding ongoing project status updates. Executes various aspects of production including printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, file manipulation and layout.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance; stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
