About the Role

As a Client Relationship Management Analyst, you will collaborate closely with various internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will play a key role in analyzing client data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the delivery of outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client relationship management team, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Analyze client data and feedback to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities to enhance service delivery and client engagement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction metrics, account performance, and relationship health to management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—incorporating sales, marketing, and operations—to align client needs with company offerings and initiatives.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize client relationship management practices and increase operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and action items within the CRM system to ensure continuity and accountability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to contribute to strategic planning and innovation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
