The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the process. This role involves building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing timely updates and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide guidance on company formation, trade licenses, visas, and other related services.

Support sales initiatives by assisting with client follow-ups, upselling services, and identifying new opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all client requests are processed efficiently.

Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their applications, approvals, and documentation.

Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.

Requirements
