Responsibilities

• Review project BOQs, drawings, and specs to determine material requirements.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for civil materials.
• Prepare RFQs, compare bids, and issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate with site teams to align deliveries with schedules.
• Inspect materials on-site for quality.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
