Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

We are looking for a visionary Executive Technology Leader to drive our technology strategy digital transformation and product innovation across global markets. This role will work closely with the CEO board members and senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s technology vision and roadmap

• Lead large cross‑functional engineering and IT teams

• Oversee software architecture cloud infrastructure cybersecurity and data platforms

• Drive digital transformation automation and scalability

• Partner with business leaders to deliver customer‑centric solutions

• Ensure compliance with regional and international regulations

• Manage technology budgets vendors and strategic partnerships

• Mentor senior leaders and build a high‑performance culture

Required Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in technology leadership roles

• Proven experience as CTO / VP Engineering / Head of Technology

• Strong background in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) Enterprise Systems and Security

• Experience managing global teams

• Excellent strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field

Preferred Experience
